AVNEA Cancellation and Refund Policy
AVNEA offers flexible options for participants who need to change their plans while covering the costs associated with organizing our nomad village experiences. Below are our policies for tickets and accommodation:
Ticket Policy

Non-Refundable: Tickets for AVNEA events are non-refundable once purchased.

Transfer to Another Person: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify AVNEA in writing with the new participant’s details at least 7 days before the event.

Credit for Future Events: If you are unable to attend the full ticket amount can be used as a credit for any future AVNEA event ticket. This credit is valid for one year from the original event date.
Accommodation Policy

Refundable up to 1 Month (30 Days) Before the Event: You may cancel your accommodation booking up to 30 days before the event and receive a refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

Non-Refundable Within 30 Days of the Event: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations

No Refunds for Late Arrivals or Early Departures: There are no refunds or discounts for participants who arrive late or leave early.

Travel Disruptions: Refunds are not available for travel delays, flight cancellations, or other disruptions beyond AVNEA’s control. Travel insurance is recommended.

Event Changes: In the event of schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued.
Request and Processing Details

Submitting Requests: All requests for ticket transfers, credits or accommodation refunds must be submitted in writing to info@avnea.com.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Processing Fees: A 5% processing fee applies to all refunds to cover administrative costs.
